50-800X Transmitted Light and Reflected Light Metallurgical Optical Microscope
LT/UMT203i metallurgical microscope uses a different lighting method than a conventional microscope and can illuminate solid specimens to identify, inspect, and measure them. They are like other optical microscopes with the exception of the lighting orientation.
TECHNICALSPECIFICATIONS
EYEPECE(S)
• Extended EWF 10x/20 mm eyepieces, Ø 30 mm tubes.
• Eyepieces can be secured to the tubes
HEADS
• Trinocular Siedentopf type heads are with 30° inclined tubes, interpupillary distance from 52 to 75 mm and is equipped with diopter adjustment(s).
• The trinocular head comes with a Ø 30 mm photo port.
• An optional ergonomic titling head (0:100 50:50) are also available (Otional)
NOSEPIECE
• Revolving and reversed nosepiece for 5 objectives
OBJECTIVES
All optics are anti-fungus treated and anti-reflection coated for maximum light throughput
Infinity professional LWD objectives 5x/0.13 10x/0.25 20x/0.40 S50x/0.70 S100x/1.25 (dry, optional)
STAGE
• 156 x 138 mm ceramic stage with integrated 76 x 54 mm mechanical stage protects with a very tough ceramic surface, against marks and scratches.The surface also ensures stray light not to be reflected from the stage into the objective
CONDENSER FOR BRIGHT FIELD
• The standard height adjustable Abbe N.A. 1.25 condenser for brightfield
FOCUSING
• Coaxial coarse and fine adjustments, 100 graduations, 1 μm per graduation, 100 μm per rotation, total travel approximately 14 mm.(most to 25mm)
• Supplied with an adjustable rack stop to prevent damage to sample and objectives.
• The coarse adjustments are equipped with friction control
ILLUMINATION
• 3 W LED or 6V 20Willumination for transmitted light, 12V 50W for reflected light with internal 100-240 V power supply
• The innovative design offer larger apertures, allowing the optical system of the microscope to produce images at higher resolutions,
very close to the theoretical diffraction limit of the optics.
Other benefits of the LED is the low energy consumption, no heating and a long operating lifetime
